SHIPPING POLICY Most items ship the same day, however, some orders may take up to 48 hours, depending on the time the order is received (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). All packages are insured by the carrier for the purchase amount. In the event of damage in transit, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately so that we may arrange for product replacement and retrieval of the damaged goods RETURN POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of your invoice ship date. You must email us the Return Authorization Request form (click here) to obtain a return authorization (RA#) Log into your Account history choose the product you wish to Return give the reason for your Return then submit. Must be within 14 days from the date of the original invoice. The merchandise must be in new, sellable condition (with the exception of defect), complete with all original contents including owners manual, warranty registration, etc. and in the original manufacturer packaging. A restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns. We will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee or you may apply the net amount to another purchase. An additional charge will be added for missing, damaged product or incomplete items.
